The pens looked very nice, but they continued to twist loose and loose the ink cartridge inside. We would open the box and the pens would be in seperate pieces.

When I received the order, I was elated with the quality of the pens and how it will enhance the professionalism of my company. I have given away about a dozen pins so far and have received excellent feedback from the recipients in regards to the pens. Your product is first class.

I recently (Jan 2010) ordered 100 pens for our club. The ordering process was easy, including one change I made to our inscription. Delivery was very prompt. The pens write very well. My only very minor complaint is that some pens have rough edges on the clicker on top.
